Terre des Hommes Suise team in Geneva is enriched by the skills of the national coordinations, as well as those of the many interns, civil servants and other people assigned to head office. Over 500 volunteers are also active on a regular or ad hoc basis throughout the year.
The executive body of the association is the Terre des Hommes Suisse Committee. Made up of members elected by the general assembly for 2 years, it manages and represents the association. The members of the Committee do not receive any compensation. A gender balance is sought within the Committee and within the team of employees.
The head office team in Geneva has around twenty part-time employees.
In each country of action, Terre des Hommes Suisse works with national and regional coordinators. These are committed people of the nationality of the country of action.
